1 Acceptance & Eligibility
By downloading, accessing, or using the RewardExpress mobile application ("App") and its associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). You must be at least 18 years of age to use RewardExpress.
- One Account Policy: You are strictly permitted to maintain only one (1) RewardExpress account per person and per physical device. Creating multiple accounts to exploit rewards is strictly prohibited.
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. RewardExpress is not liable for unauthorized access or loss of accumulated coins.
2 The Earning Ecosystem
RewardExpress provides a comprehensive ecosystem to earn virtual currency ("Coins") through various activities. All activities are subject to strict verification:
A. Receipt Uploads
Receipts submitted for points must be genuine, unaltered, legible, and belong to you or your immediate household. Uploading digital fakes, pulling images from the internet, or scanning the exact same receipt across multiple accounts constitutes fraud and will result in a ban.
B. Survey Offerwalls
We partner with third-party survey providers (e.g., TapResearch, BitLabs, InBrain). You must provide honest, consistent answers. "Speeding" through surveys, failing attention checks, or providing contradictory profile data will result in chargebacks (deduction of coins) or permanent bans from the survey networks. Note: Being "screened out" of a survey due to demographic mismatch is normal and does not guarantee full coin payouts.
C. Daily Streaks & Bonuses
Daily check-in streaks and bonuses are tracked based on server-side time (UTC). Manipulating your device’s clock to force streak progress will void your rewards.
D. Referral Program
You may earn coins by inviting friends. Referrals must be organic. Creating fake accounts to refer yourself ("self-referral"), paying for sign-ups, or spamming your code in unauthorized spaces will result in the forfeiture of all referral earnings.
E. Coupons & External Cashback
Any external coupon codes, store discounts, or web-based cashback offers displayed within the App are fulfilled by third-party retailers. RewardExpress makes no guarantees regarding the total value or validity or expiration of external coupons or cashback as it is not entirely controlled by us.
3 Virtual Currency and Payouts
"Coins" accumulated within RewardExpress are digital tokens with no real-world cash value until they are successfully exchanged through our official redemption gateways.
- Redemption: You may request a payout (e.g., PayPal, Gift Cards) once you reach the specified minimum coin threshold.
- Processing Time: Payouts may take up to 14 business days to process to allow for our fraud team and survey partners to verify the legitimacy of the earned coins.
- Accuracy: We are not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect PayPal email or account provided by the user. Ensure your payout details are perfectly accurate.
4 Zero-Tolerance Anti-Fraud Policy
To maintain a functional ecosystem for our advertising and market research partners, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
- » Using Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), proxies, or Tor nodes to mask or alter your geographic location.
- » Using emulators (e.g., BlueStacks), virtual machines, or rooted/jailbroken devices to bypass hardware checks.
- » Employing ad-blockers or DNS traffic manipulators while using the App.
- » Exploiting programmatic glitches or bugs to artificially inflate coin balances.
If our FindRisk security SDK or manual review team detects any of the above, your account will be immediately terminated, and all Coins will be permanently forfeited.
5 Termination of Service
RewardExpress reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the App, any feature, or your individual account at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.
Inactivity: If your account remains completely inactive (no logins, survey attempts, or receipt uploads) for a period of six (6) consecutive months, RewardExpress may expire your virtual coin balance to maintain server efficiency.
6 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
RewardExpress is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties regarding the continuous availability of third-party surveys, approval of receipts, specific reward inventories, or glitch-free operation. In no event shall RewardExpress, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
