Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 20 June 2025

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THIS IS A BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT. YOUR USE OF THE APP CONSTITUTES YOUR FULL ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS, INCLUDING THE MANDATORY ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER IN SECTION 12.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the RewardXpress application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the App and delete it from your device. You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use this App.

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

2.2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2.3. Only one account is permitted per person. The creation or use of multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms.

3. Prohibited User Conduct

Your license to use the App is strictly conditional on your compliance with these rules. You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

Use a VPN, proxy, IP-scrambling service, or any other means to obscure or change your true location or identity.
Use any bots, emulators, clickers, automated scripts, or other fraudulent or unauthorized means to access or interact with the App.
Create, maintain, or use more than one account.
Submit fraudulent, edited, altered, or false information, including but not limited to doctored receipts for the "Upload Bill" feature.
Exploit, or attempt to exploit, any bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintentional features of the App for personal gain.
Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm another person, including our support staff or other users.
Engage in any activity that is illegal, infringes on the rights of others, or violates these Terms.

A violation of these rules will result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account and the forfeiture of all earned rewards and Coin balances, at our sole discretion.

4. Coins, Rewards, and Redemption

4.1. Nature of Coins. The App allows you to earn digital points, referred to as "Coins." You acknowledge that Coins are not real money or any form of currency. They are a limited, revocable license right governed solely by these Terms and have no cash or monetary value.

4.2. Redemption Minimum. To be eligible to redeem a reward, you must have an active account with a minimum balance of 1,000 Coins.

4.3. Fees. We do not charge a fee for redemptions. However, you are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors. For example, any transaction fees charged by PayPal are your sole responsibility. While we may, as a gesture of goodwill, cover network fees for certain cryptocurrency transactions, we are not obligated to do so and reserve the right to deduct these fees from your payout amount.

4.4. Verification, Hold Period, and Reversals. To ensure the integrity of the rewards ecosystem and prevent fraud, we have the following policies:

Verification Hold: Recently earned Coins may be subject to a brief hold period (typically 24-48 hours) before they become available for redemption. This allows us and our partners time to verify the activity and process any potential reversals.
Right to Reverse: We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to reverse, deduct, or cancel any Coins from your account if: we receive a chargeback or fraud alert from a third-party partner; you return a product for which you received cashback; or we determine that the Coins were earned through fraudulent means.

5. App Features and Programs

5.1. Referral Program. Engaging in self-referral by creating multiple accounts, or any other activity intended to abuse the referral system, is strictly prohibited. Such actions will result in a permanent ban and the forfeiture of all related and unrelated earnings. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time.

5.2. Daily Login Streak. The value and nature of Streak rewards may vary based on factors such as your geographical location. Specific features, such as the ability to reinstate a broken streak, are not guaranteed. The rules and rewards for Streaks are subject to change at our sole discretion.

5.3. Coupons and Daily Rewards. Both coupons and Daily Rewards are offered on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee their availability at any given time. We are not responsible for the terms or validity of any third-party coupon.

5.4. Upload Bill Feature. The App may offer a feature that allows you to upload images of purchase receipts ("Bills") to be considered for a reward. You agree to the following terms:

Validity: Any Bill you submit must strictly comply with the "Valid Bill" criteria as defined and updated from time to time within the App. These criteria are a binding part of these Terms.
No Guarantee of Reward: Submission of a valid Bill does not guarantee a reward. Rewards are granted at our sole discretion and may be based on randomized factors, your geographical location, our available inventory, or other internal criteria.
Fraud Prevention: You grant us the right to store and analyze any submitted Bills to verify their authenticity. Submitting fraudulent, edited, or duplicate Bills is a material breach of these Terms.

5.5. Third-Party Offers (General). Your interaction with any third-party offers or websites found through the App is entirely at your own risk.

6. Inactivity Policy

If an account has no login activity for three hundred sixty-five (365) consecutive days, we reserve the right to expire and permanently forfeit all unredeemed Coins in that account.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App are the exclusive property of Wapappsdeveloper and its licensors.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and your access to the App at any time, for any reason or for no reason, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WAPAPPSDEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50.00) OR THE TOTAL VALUE OF REWARDS YOU SUCCESSFULLY REDEEMED IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS LOWER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Wapappsdeveloper from any claims or damages arising out of your violation of these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution by Binding Arbitration & Governing Law

12.1. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India.

12.2. Mandatory Arbitration: You agree that any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court. You are giving up your right to a jury trial.

12.3. Class Action Waiver: ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the new Terms.
